We've upgraded our home made goat cheese selection, just in time for the Shavuot holyday. In addition to our traditional yogurt and Labane cheese we now produce soft goat cheese with tasty seasoning, to the joy of our guests in "Galilee Bedouin Camplodge".

The goal cheese and yogurt I had for breakfast this morning came from these two goats - stayed at the wonderful Galilee Bedouin Camplodge about 11 miles from Hiafa. - Joe Barfield / Papa Joe Barfield .... kinda sort like the Chicken Paradise in San Antonio.
